This is the only facility i've worked at which involves caring for another person. But after seeing firsthand how some facilities can treat their residents, I can tell Bethshan truly and deeply cares for theirs. Of course, every company can have bad eggs, that's impossible to avoid. But the amount of people at this company that truly value who they care for, is far higher than the people just there for a paycheck. When I first began working, I insisted it was just a trial, I would never want to care for somebody else, and never want to be a nurse. The residents are truly the ones who change your mind. When I was hired, my boss told me they feel like family, and I thought, "no way". I was wrong. They truly do become a second family.
