Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Persons provide services and supports to individuals who have disabilities, served by Bethshan Association in residential settings. Bethshan Association, a Christian non-profit organization, is currently accepting applications for part-time or full-time hours.

Responsibilities include providing individualized assistance and coaching with personal care, meal preparation, leisure activities, transportation, and assistance with other daily activities, as necessary, in order to assist individuals in gaining independence. Paid in-house training is provided.

Must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and no lifting restrictions.

Registered Nurse 

Bethshan Association, a Christian non-profit organization providing residential services for adults who have developmental disabilities, is currently seeking an RN to join its nursing team. Full-time and Part-time hours are currently available. Must be a licensed nurse in the state of Illinois in good standing and CPR certified.

A comprehensive benefit package is offered for full time employees including medical, dental, life insurance, and an option to participate in a 403(b) retirement plan.

Cook

Bethshan Association is looking for a cook to join our team. The cook will work with the kitchen team to prepare meals for 45 people who have intellectual disabilities. If you are looking to truly help individuals and utilize your existing food preparation experience, this is the position for you!
